Abstract

Capítulo 1 del libro: "Fedesarrollo: 50 anos de influencia en política pública" Bogotá: Fedesarrollo - En este capítulo Rodrigo Botero hace una reflexión sobre la participación de los cuadros técnicos en los gobiernos y sus efectos en el desarrollo y la calidad de las políticas. Además, plantea la simbiosis entre la modernización y la tecnocracia haciendo un recuento histórico de sus particularidades en el caso colombiano.
