Crítica de la explotación capitalista

Abstract

Este ensayo argumenta que el concepto de explotación capitalista, más que un supuesto inmutable, es un problema cuya definición debe ser constantemente modificada. Según el autor, la explotación, tal como la define Marx, no cobija todas las posibilidades de dominación, opresión y desigualdad social pues se restringe a la relación entre clases sociales. Es imprescindible, por lo tanto, reconstruir la definición de explotación de modo que se adecue a los procesos económicos actuales y permita comprender la relación entre explotación clasista y otras formas de dominación y opresión. Es más, asignar una responsabilidad absoluta a la explotación como traba al desarrollo social impide entender los procesos históricos que han desencadenado la situación económica actual.
