Desarrollo sostenible y transferencia de tecnologías limpias

Abstract

El texto presenta una revisión de diferentes artículos que analizan la relación entre el desarrollo sostenible y la tecnología, especialmente el problema de la transferencia tecnológica en MDL (Mecanismo de Desarrollo Limpio) como instrumento para mitigar la contaminación asociada al crecimiento económico. Se presenta una evaluación del impacto de los MDL, así como posibles obstáculos que impedirían las transferencias de tecnología.
