Corte Constitucional de Colombia, ¿tan incorruptible como debería ser?

Abstract

In recent years, many state entities of our country have been involved in corruption cases, and the Constitutional Court of Colombia has not been an exception. Diverse evidence shows so. The objective of this paper is to analyze how the so-called 'Pretelt Case' has evidenced that internal control of this entity is not efficient enough to prevent a case of this magnitude. This analysis was conducted based on the Standard Model of Internal Control (In Spanish MECI).
