Aproximación a la problemática de acueducto y alcantarillado en la ciudad de Yopal

Abstract

Este texto se propone abordar la problemática existente en torno a las fallas en la prestación del servicio de agua potable a la comunidad de Yopal desde 2011, asociada a la ausencia de un acueducto que provea del líquido a dicha población. La deficiencia en la prestación del servicio de agua potable radica en la debilidad de la regulación de este servicio y la ineficiencia en la utilización de los recursos públicos. La falta de este recurso básico ha generado inconvenientes de salud, dificultades económicas y problemas de orden público.
