41 Decisiones inaplazables para Bogotá. La ruta para llevarlas a cabo

Abstract

La Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia-ANDI, Fedesarrollo y ProBogotá Región estamos convencidos de que la mejor manera de contribuir al desarrollo de la ciudad es proponiendo soluciones concretas. Con base en un diagnóstico detallado sobre las fortalezas y las debilidades de las ciudad. Con este fin, decidimos sumarnos y formular un plan dirigido al próximo Alcalde o Alcaldesa Mayor y su equipo de gobierno, orientado a fomentar las condiciones que estimulen el crecimiento económico, una equitativa distribución de la riqueza y a fortalecer las capacidades en seguridad ciudadana para transformar a Bogotá en una ciudad más competitiva y atractiva para vivir. Este documento está organizado en diez (10) capítulos que contienen un diagnóstico de la temática, 41 decisiones que se recomienda adoptar para dar solución a los retos de ciudad y las 123 acciones a promover para hacer realidad cada una de estas. Así mismo, se caracteriza la naturaleza de las medidas a adoptar (política pública, normatividad, gestión institucional y presupuestal). El diagnóstico de los capítulos fue construido a partir del análisis y sistematización de las propuestas que a lo largo de varios anos han trabajado la Gerencia Seccional de Bogotá-Cundinamarca y Boyacá, las áreas transversales y las cámaras sectoriales de la ANDI, de los estudios de Fedesarrollo sobre la economía de la ciudad, y del conocimiento sobre planeación urbana, futuro del empleo, finanzas distritales, seguridad y sostenibilidad ambiental generado por ProBogotá Región.
