Condiciones de acceso a los servicios de salud

    La presente observación presenta varias partes. Primero se presenta una visión institucional sobre los sistema de salud, con algunas precisiones teóricas y propuestas para replantear el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud en Colombia. Segundo, se ofrece una síntesis sobre los estudios de accesibilidad a los servicios de salud producidos en Colombia en la última década, destacando los cambios de énfasis y de metodología empleados antes y después de la Ley 100 de 1993. Tercero, se da una reflexión sobre la relación entre empleo y seguridad social, diferenciando condiciones de acceso potencial y real que presenta en Colombia la población ocupada en actividades formales e informales. Y cuarto, se presenta una aproximación econométrica sobre los determinantes socioeconómicos del acceso a los servicios de salud en Antioquia por parte de la población del régimen subsidiado
