Adicionalmente, muestran que la información contenida en la Plataforma ScienTI (Grup-Lac y Cv-Lac) permiteestablecer de manera concreta las capacidades científicas y tecnológicas del país.***********************************************************************************************************This document is a review of major theoretical approaches on Human Resources in S&T andempirical modeling career academic use CVs as the main source of information.
