迈向 可持续发展的“一带一路”?

Abstract

根据中国国际资本流动的研究表明,中国已经成为国际投融大国。通过“一带一路”倡议,中国未来发展着重围绕三个侧重点:经济增长、通过交通基建连通以及贸易交流。在2019年4月举行的第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛上,中国政府着重强调了金融与环境的可持续性问题,表示希望推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展。该讲话为加强更频繁的国际交流铺平了道路,有利于加强其他发展融资机构之间的合作,同时也意味着中国与各国金融机构需要就金融、社会和环境方面的措施进行协调和融合统一。本文特此为各国相互的实践整合提出一些可行建议,并为建立可持续发展融资的共同框架提供若干思路。
