Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to construct a general land-macroeconomic model by introducing aspects of three intertemporal frameworks: 1) The Blanchard model; 2) The CIGE (Computable Intertemporal Generalized Equilibrium) model; and 3) The OLG (Overlapping Generarion) model. By using these models as instruments, we are able to evaluate the effects of the following contemporary agricultural problems: 1) Agricultural liberalization: 2) Agricultural rationalization and 3) Aging.
