Small Watersheds: A Selected List of References

Abstract

Excerpts from the Preface: The bibliography is, in general, limited to the administrative, legal, and economic aspects of watershed development with particular emphasis on the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act, Public Law 566, as amended. Its purpose is to furnish a guide to pertinent literature for personnel of local, State, and Federal agencies and others working in the educational, action, and research phases of small watershed programs. Call numbers following the citations are those of the Department of Agriculture Library.
