Milchviehhaltung im Fokus von Zweierinterviews: Kritikpunkte von BürgerInnen und MilchviehhalterInnen im direkten Gespräch

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die Kritik an der Milchviehhaltung aus der Perspektive von MilchviehalterInnen und BürgerInnen. Dazu wurden acht leitfadengestützte Online-Zweierinterviews mit jeweils einem/einer BürgerIn und einem/einer MilchviehhalterIn geführt und inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Hauptkritik beider Gruppen an ähnlichen Punkten ansetzt: Stallhaltung, Tiergesundheit, Umweltbelastungen und der Umgang mit den Tieren. Die Ergebnisse sollen als Grundlage weiterer Untersuchungen dienen, um reali-sierbare und von unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Gruppen bestmöglich akzeptierte Zielbilder für die Milchviehhaltung zu entwickeln.
