Abstract

Die Integration von räumlicher Planung und Verkehrsplanung erfordert ein umfassendes Planungsverständnis. In diesem Beitrag soll daher der inhaltliche Anspruch einer integrierten Verkehrsplanung dargestellt werden. Dazu werden zunächst der Planungsprozess sowie das Zusammenspiel von Zielen, Strategien und Maßnahmen grundsätzlich dargestellt, bevor anschließend eine normative Konkretisierung insbesondere der Ziele und Strategien erfolgt.
