Abstract

Einrichtungen der Infrastruktur unterliegen einem stetigen Wandel. Dies betrifft sowohl die Ausstattung bzw. Angebote einzelner Infrastruktureinrichtungen als auch die Frage ihrer Verortung (Standort). In der Einführung wird skizziert, mit welcher Ausrichtung und zu welchen spezifischen Fragestellungen die Thematik der Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur in einer mobilen Gesellschaft behandelt wird. Dabei erfolgen Eingrenzung und Konzentration auf die Auswirkungen des Infrastrukturwandels auf den Einzelhandel, den Tourismus sowie den Verkehr am Beispiel der Entwicklung der Bahnhöfe.
