Abschätzung der Gefährdungspotenziale auf Konversionsflächen im Rahmen des Flächenrecyclings

Abstract

Jahrhundertaufgaben beinhalten aufgrund ihrer Historie nicht selten stoffliche, technische, physikalische und/oder soziale Gefährdungspotenziale. Es kann sich hierbei um physikalisch-chemische Faktoren wie das Vorhandensein von Flächenbelastungen, z. B. durch Kampfmittel, Kampfstoffe oder Gefahrstoffe handeln, aber auch Stabilitätsprobleme oder soziale Gefährdungspotenziale wie Verödung. Bei vielen Jahrhundertaufgaben stellt auch deren riesige Dimension ein Hindernis bei der Nachnutzung dar. Typische Aufgaben sind Altlasten und schädliche Bodenveränderungen sowie Kampfmittel und Kampfstoffe, insbesondere auf Konversionsflächen. Die Flächenentwicklung erfordert eine entsprechende Gefährdungsbewertung und bei Bedarf eine Gefährdungsbeseitigung, da Gefährdungspotenziale die Nachnutzung einschränken können, aber auch zur Wertminderung der Fläche führen können.
