Abstract

Dieser Beitrag präsentiert eine Einführung in Kooperationsformen auf europäischer, zwischenstaatlicher, gliedstaatlicher, regionaler sowie kommunaler Ebene. Ebenso wird die Gemeinschaftsinitiative INTERREG als wesentliches Förderinstrument grenzüberschreitender Kooperation vorgestellt. Dieser Exkurs liefert somit Hintergrundwissen für viele der in diesem Band enthaltenen Beiträge.
