Identität und Selbstzuschreibung von (Spät-)Aussiedlern in Rheinland-Pfalz

Abstract

Aussiedler und Spätaussiedler aus den Staaten der ehemaligen Sowjetunion stellen eine der bedeutendsten Zuwanderergruppen in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland dar. Als Deutsche gemäß Art. 116 GG wurde ihnen ex ante ein hohes Integrationspotenzial unterstellt. Nachdem die auffälligen Zuwanderungswellen insbesondere der frühen und mittleren 1990er Jahre abgeebbt sind, sind insbesondere Fragen der Selbstzuordnung und sozialer Integration interessant. Des-Integration oder Isolation können letztlich auch relevante Konsequenzen für die Belange räumlicher Planung haben. Eine standardisierte Befragung zu ethnischer Selbstidentifikation, kulturellen Gewohnheiten sowie Sprachkenntnissen und Sprachverhalten von Spätaussiedlern in Rheinland-Pfalz wurde durch qualitative Intensivinterviews flankiert und zeigt, dass sich eine hybride, "russlanddeutsche", Identität etabliert hat. Unklar bleibt, ob diese hybride Identität auch zukünftig ein stabiles Muster der Selbstidentifikation darstellen wird oder sich letztlich auflösen dürfte.
