Abstract

This research aims to develop and substantiate a potential vector for the evolution of Russian and global market equilibrium, considering the influence of significant external and internal socio-economic factors. Particular emphasis is placed on the transport and logistics sector as a regulator of international trade. In light of the imposed international sanctions, the prevailing trend in integration processes has become their regionalization. Enhanced cooperation in transport and logistics is evident within frameworks such as the EAEU, SCO, and BRICS. At this stage, it is crucial to develop a logistics infrastructure to fully harness the transit potential of individual state unions and the Eurasian space. The shift of logistics routes eastward in the Eurasian region further necessitates updating strategies for coordinated intergovernmental cooperation in developing transport and logistics ecosystems that ensure seamless movement of goods and passengers. Additionally, special attention is given to the need to improve regulatory mechanisms during periods of pandemic and post-pandemic recovery. Stemming from sanctions and countermeasures, notable de-globalization trends have resulted in declines in global and national economies, rising prices, and inflation. The authors proposed promising solutions to these issues and provided examples of initiatives already being implemented.
