Abstract

The relevance of this research stems from the fact that entrepreneurial activity, including its technological type, can be considered one of the key resources for economic development. The essence of technological entrepreneurship lies in the chain of creating consumer value, beginning with the conception of a technically complex product (technology) and ending with the commercialization of intellectual products in the market. The research concludes that developing technological entrepreneurship and achieving economic sustainability through it requires an appropriate infrastructure. This infrastructure primarily includes innovative territorial clusters, science cities, business incubators, networks of university startup studios, university venture funds, technological platforms, special economic zones, large technology parks, and similar entities. In addition to infrastructure, an adequate regulatory framework is crucial for fostering venture activities. The research aims to demonstrate that the development of technological entrepreneurship can lead to increased labor productivity, profitability, and the attraction of investments, including foreign ones, into high-tech industries. Ultimately, this lays the foundation for implementing the concept of sustainable development at the national and global levels.
