Abstract

This research focuses on the psychological aspects of building an educational process related to the ESG agenda, which involves providing training based on corporate, environmental, and social values. ESG principles introduced into the educational process are designed to solve various problems of today’s society, including the conservation of nature, consolidation of a person as a subject in interaction with an organization, and a focus on improving the quality of life of the population. The ESG factors are also considered. This research is based on the following relevant approaches: environmental, individual-personal, and activity-based. It contains secondary empirical data. The ESG concept involves psychosocial-ecological readiness, which includes elements related to personal qualities imbued with socio-ecological content. It emphasizes efficient environmental management, where individuals care for nature, creating harmony between people and the environment. Among young people, the trend of intellectual ecology is gaining popularity. This trend includes activities like separate waste collection, participating in community clean-up events, and tree planting days. These activities help increase citizens’ environmental consciousness.
