Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Künstliche Intelligenz die Krisenkommunikation in einer digitalen, beschleunigten Medienumgebung strategisch unterstützt. In einer Lage, die durch hohe Dynamik, Erwartungsdruck und fragmentierte Öffentlichkeiten geprägt ist, kann KI helfen, große Datenmengen zu analysieren, Stimmungsbilder zu erfassen und erste Kommunikationsentwürfe zu generieren. Sie ermöglicht Frühwarnsysteme, semantische Analysen und simulationsgestützte Szenarienplanung. Gleichzeitig bleibt Krisenkommunikation ein hochsensibler Bereich, der menschliches Urteilsvermögen, strategische Einbettung und vertrauensvolle Abstimmung erfordert. KI dient hier als Assistenzsystem, nicht als Ersatz: Sie beschleunigt Prozesse, strukturiert Informationen und erweitert Handlungsspielräume, wenn ihre Nutzung vorbereitet, reflektiert und in ein abgestimmtes Kommunikationsframework eingebettet ist. Die entscheidenden Reaktionen bleiben Sache des Menschen, so auch die Meinung des Experten.
