Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das folgende Kapitel beleuchtet die Transformation der Pressearbeit im Spannungsfeld von digitaler Fragmentierung, gestiegenen Erwartungshaltungen und technologischer Disruption. Künstliche Intelligenz ermöglicht dabei eine schnellere Produktion von Inhalten und verbessert die strategische Steuerung, Personalisierung und Reichweitenanalyse. Pressearbeit entwickelt sich von der reaktiven Informationsverteilung hin zu einem datenbasierten, zielgruppenorientierten Dialoginstrument. Anwendungen reichen von Trendanalysen über personalisierte Medienkontakte bis zur automatisierten Textgenerierung. KI unterstützt insbesondere bei Themenfindung, Zielgruppenansprache und Textstrukturierung, ohne die redaktionelle Verantwortung zu ersetzen. Der Erfolg liegt im Zusammenspiel aus intelligenter Automatisierung, journalistischem Handwerk und strategischem Feinsinn mit dem Ziel, relevante Inhalte zur richtigen Zeit an die richtigen Adressat:innen zu bringen.
