Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dem Konstrukt Sprache kann sowohl eine kommunikative Funktion, die fachliches Lernen im täglichen Austausch sowie im Rahmen von Bildungsprozessen stets mitkonstituiert, als auch eine kognitive Funktion, die fachliches Verstehen überhaupt erst ermöglicht, zugewiesen werden. Dies begründet die Forderung allgemeine und fachspezifische Sprachkompetenzen im Mathematikunterricht gezielt zu fördern.
