Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Geometrie ist der Teil der Mathematik, in der Werkzeug-Einsatz seit jeher selbstverständlich, ja sogar konstituierend war und ist. Zu den klassischen analogen Werkzeugen sind in den letzten Jahrzehnten neue, digitale Werkzeuge hinzugekommen, insbesondere die Dynamische Geometrie-Software (DGS). Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Einsatz digitaler Werkzeuge in der Geometrie und im Geometrie-Unterricht und mit dem Spannungsverhältnis von Geometrie und Digitalität. Im Bereich der ebenen Geometrie lässt sich eine gewisse Reife konstatieren, während im Bereich der räumlichen Geometrie dies noch nicht erreicht ist. Der Beitrag beleuchtet mit vielen Beispielen den Stand der Dinge und verweist am Ende auf einige offene Fragen zur Digitalisierung in der Geometrie, speziell der räumlichen Geometrie.
