Abstract

Zusammenfassung Cloud Computing kommt in vielen verschiedenen Varianten vor. So kann es um die Bereitstellung der Anwendung/Software gehen, als sog. ASP (Application Service Providing) oder SaaS (Software as a Service). Es kann auch die Bereitstellung einer IT-Plattform umfassen. Denkbar sind auch die Bereitstellung eines kompletten IT-Systems mit Infrastruktur und Anwendungen, bis hin zum vollständigen IT Outsourcing. Es kann aber auch nur um die Bereitstellung von Speicherkapazität in der Cloud gehen; hier ist die vertragsrechtliche Bewertung ähnlich wie bei der Bereitstellung von Speicherkapazität in einem herkömmlichen Rechenzentrum.
