Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit Blick auf den Einfluss der Wahl der Mittel auf mathematische Erklärungen werden drei mediale Umsetzungen von Erklärungen unter einer semiotischen Perspektive untersucht. Die mathematischen Erklärungen wurden als Video und Audio in Lautsprache sowie als Video in Österreichischer Gebärdensprache realisiert. Zur Analyse wird das Konzept der „semiotic mediation“ nach Hasan (2002, 2005) verwendet und für die drei medial unterschiedlichen Erklärungen zum Vergleich herangezogen. Im Beitrag wird zunächst die Erstellung der drei Produkte beschrieben und diese in Ausschnitten dargestellt. Das Konzept der „semiotic mediation“ nach Hasan wird erläutert und auf die Erklärungen bezogen. So können Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede der medial unterschiedlichen Erklärungen dargestellt werden.
