Abstract

Zusammenfassung CREM-Verantwortliche in Regionalbanken stehen vor der Herausforderung, eine Vielzahl von Informationen, Normen, Netzwerken und Tools im Blick zu behalten. Dieses Kapitel bietet deshalb einen praxisnahen Überblick über zentrale Quellen und Ressourcen, die Führungskräfte bei der Steuerung von Immobilien unterstützen. Fachverbände und Netzwerke ermöglichen Benchmarking und Erfahrungsaustausch. Normen und Standards sichern Vergleichbarkeit und Compliance. Literatur und digitale Ressourcen bieten fundiertes Wissen und Werkzeuge für den Alltag. Ergänzend werden praxisnahe Hilfsmittel sowie Plattformen wie REGIS vorgestellt, die eine schnelle Orientierung im komplexen Regulierungsumfeld ermöglichen. Ziel ist es, Verantwortlichen ein „Navigationssystem“ an die Hand zu geben, mit dem sie regulatorische Anforderungen, ESG-Vorgaben und digitale Innovationen sicher in ihre Praxis integrieren können. Empfehlungen für den Praxiseinsatz runden das Kapitel ab und machen deutlich: CREM-Kompetenz entsteht nicht nur aus der Arbeit an Gebäuden, sondern auch aus dem professionellen Zugang zu Informationen und Netzwerken.
