Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung im CREM bedeutet weit mehr als die effiziente Verwaltung von Flächen und Gebäuden. Sie umfasst die Fähigkeit, komplexe Veränderungsprozesse in Regionalbanken aktiv zu gestalten und die strategische Bedeutung von Immobilien sichtbar zu machen. Vorstände und Führungskräfte stehen vor der Herausforderung, ESG-Vorgaben, digitale Transformation und gesellschaftliche Erwartungen in Einklang zu bringen. Dabei ist Führung nicht nur hierarchische Steuerung, sondern vor allem die Moderation von Interessen, die Entwicklung von Visionen und die Befähigung von Teams. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, warum CREM eine Führungsaufgabe ist, wie Change-Prozesse erfolgreich orchestriert werden können und welche Kompetenzen es braucht, um Mitarbeitende in hybriden, technologiegetriebenen Arbeitswelten zu leiten. Immobilien werden so nicht nur zu einem Kosten- oder Vermögensfaktor, sondern zu einer Bühne, auf der Führungsqualität und Veränderungsfähigkeit einer Bank sichtbar werden.
