Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von CREM-Strategien entscheidet darüber, ob Immobilien in Regionalbanken tatsächlich zu einem Erfolgsfaktor werden. Während theoretische Modelle und strategische Konzepte Orientierung geben, offenbart der Praxisalltag eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen: knappe Budgets, kulturelle Widerstände, unklare Verantwortlichkeiten oder überzogene Erwartungen an Technik. Dieses Kapitel zeigt anhand von Erfolgsfaktoren und typischen Stolpersteinen, wie Banken ihre CREM-Strategien wirksam umsetzen können. Best-Practice-Beispiele aus Genossenschaftsbanken und Sparkassen verdeutlichen, welche Ansätze im Alltag zu spürbarem Erfolg führen – und welche Fehler vermieden werden sollten. Ergänzt durch Abbildungen und eine praxisorientierte Checkliste bietet das Kapitel konkrete Handlungshinweise, um die Lücke zwischen Strategie und Realität zu schließen. Damit wird deutlich: CREM kann nur dann sein volles Potenzial entfalten, wenn Konzepte konsequent in den Alltag überführt werden.
