Abstract

ZusammenfassungCorporate Real Estate Management (CREM) ist mehr als Gebäudeverwaltung: Es ist ein strategisches Steuerungsinstrument, das Immobilien als zentrale Ressourcen für Wertschöpfung, Identität und Zukunftsfähigkeit begreift. In Banken, deren Kerngeschäft nicht die Immobilienwirtschaft ist, gewinnt CREM besondere Bedeutung: Filialen, Kompetenzzentren und Verwaltungsgebäude sind nicht nur Kostenfaktoren, sondern prägen Marke, Mitarbeitendenzufriedenheit und gesellschaftliche Wirkung. Dieses Kapitel erklärt Begriffe, Ziele und Abgrenzungen des CREM, beschreibt rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, zeigt organisatorische Verankerungen auf und veranschaulicht anhand von Praxisbeispielen, wie Regionalbanken CREM erfolgreich einsetzen. Darüber hinaus werden internationale Entwicklungen, der Wertbeitrag, Daten- und Systemfragen (inklusive CAFM-Alternativen) sowie Zukunftsperspektiven dargestellt.
