Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die kommenden Jahre stellen das Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) von Regionalbanken vor Herausforderungen, die weit über bisherige Steuerungslogiken hinausgehen. Globale Megatrends wie Klimawandel, digitale Transformation, demografische Verschiebungen, geopolitische Unsicherheiten und Fachkräftemangel greifen ineinander und erzeugen ein Maß an Dynamik, das klassische Planungsmodelle an ihre Grenzen bringt. Immobilien entwickeln sich dadurch zu multifunktionalen Plattformen: Sie sind nicht nur physische Standorte, sondern zugleich Energie- und Klimafaktor, digitale Schnittstelle, Begegnungsraum und Symbol regionaler Verantwortung. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, warum Unsicherheit zur neuen Normalität wird, wie Banken mit Szenarien und resilienten Strategien reagieren können und welche Handlungsfelder sich für die kommenden Jahre ableiten lassen. Dabei werden ökologische, technologische und soziale Dimensionen gleichermaßen betrachtet und in eine Roadmap für die Praxis überführt.
