Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bauprojekte sind für Regionalbanken ein zentraler Hebel zur Umsetzung strategischer Ziele im Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM). Ob Neubau eines Kompetenzzentrums, Modernisierung von Filialen oder die Revitalisierung bestehender Immobilien – sie prägen Kostenstruktur, Energieeffizienz, Markenwahrnehmung und die ESG-Performance einer Bank. Gleichzeitig sind Bauprojekte hochkomplexe Vorhaben mit langen Laufzeiten, vielen Stakeholdern und hohen regulatorischen Anforderungen. Ein professionelles Projektmanagement ist daher unverzichtbar, um Zeit, Kosten und Qualität im Gleichgewicht zu halten. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Bauprojekte strategisch eingebettet, methodisch geplant und effizient gesteuert werden. Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen auf Governance, Risikomanagement, ESG-Kriterien, Stakeholder-Management und Digitalisierung. Praxisbeispiele verdeutlichen, wie Regionalbanken Bauprojekte erfolgreich realisieren und welche Faktoren über Erfolg oder Misserfolg entscheiden.
