Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kooperationen, Netzwerke und externe Dienstleister sind zu zentralen Erfolgsfaktoren im Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) von Regionalbanken geworden. Sie ermöglichen Skaleneffekte, erleichtern die Bewältigung regulatorischer Anforderungen und eröffnen Zugang zu spezialisiertem Know-how. Kooperationen schaffen zudem Resilienz gegenüber Fachkräfteengpässen und steigern die Innovationskraft durch gemeinsame Projekte, etwa bei Digitalisierung oder ESG-Initiativen. Netzwerke – regional, national oder international – fungieren als Plattformen für Wissenstransfer, Benchmarking und Standardisierung. Externe Dienstleister ergänzen interne Strukturen und übernehmen operative Aufgaben, wo Banken nicht über eigene Kapazitäten verfügen. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet die verschiedenen Formen von Kooperationen, deren Nutzen und Risiken sowie die Rolle externer Partner im CREM. Es zeigt praxisnah, wie Regionalbanken Kooperationen erfolgreich gestalten und gleichzeitig Governance, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit sicherstellen können.
