Abstract

ZusammenfassungDaten allein bewegen niemanden, Geschichten sorgen für Veränderung. Menschen lieben Geschichten und reagieren auf sie – privat wie geschäftlich. Beim Data-Storytelling geht es darum, relevante Entwicklungen verständlich zu kommunizieren mit dem Ziel, notwendige Entscheidungen zu treffen. Neben Storytelling für einzelne Erkenntnisse kann die Methode auch die wesentlichen Aussagen integrierter Dashboards narrativ verdeutlichen. KI kann einzelne Schritte wie die Analyse großer Datenmengen, das Erkennen von Mustern bis hin zu ersten Vorschlägen für Geschichten übernehmen.
