Abstract

ZusammenfassungNeugier als positive Motivation ist der Motor der Innovation. Mehr als Offenheit resultiert aus ihr die aktive Suche nach neuen Ansätzen, der Drang zum Ausprobieren und Experimentieren. Zur Neugier gehört die Fähigkeit, die richtigen Fragen zu stellen und nicht nachzugeben, bevor sie nicht beantwortet sind. Im Mittelpunkt sollten kundenrelevante Themen und Prozesse stehen. KI bietet die Chance, neue Fragen zu stellen, um dadurch neue Einblicke in Märkte, Wettbewerb und Kundenverhalten zu gewinnen.
