Abstract

ZusammenfassungAgilität im Marketing heißt, eine Idee am Morgen zu haben und nachmittags im Markt zu sein. Agilität ist jedoch mehr als Schnelligkeit. Es geht um Beweglichkeit und die Fähigkeit, umgehend auf sich ändernde Marktgegebenheiten zu reagieren. Unternehmen sollten eine Umgebung aufbauen, um Ideen schnell zu testen, effektiv zu messen und Erkenntnisse unmittelbar umzusetzen. Mit dem Einsatz von KI können Prozesse in hohem Maße beschleunigt werden.
