Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag widmet sich der Untersuchung der Customer Experience im Kontext des Campingtourismus und beleuchtet die spezifischen Merkmale von Campingplätzen, die das Kundenerlebnis beeinflussen. Der Text verbindet eine Literaturanalyse mit qualitativen Interviews, um die individuellen Präferenzen und Erwartungen der Camper zu erfassen. In diesem Zusammenhang werden die Dimensionen Unterhaltung, Ästhetik, Bildung und Eskapismus nach Pine und Gilmore (1999) berücksichtigt. Zudem ergeben sich weitere Aspekte wie z. B. die physische Ausstattung des Campingplatzes oder die Sicherheit als Faktoren für die Zufriedenheit der Camper. Die Untersuchung zielt darauf ab, praktische Empfehlungen für Campingplatzbetreiber zu geben, um das Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren und die Gästezufriedenheit zu steigern.
