Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel untersucht umfassend, wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) das Kundenerlebnis und die Kundenbeziehung im Tourismus verändert. Zunächst wird die wachsende Bedeutung von KI im Kontext aktueller Entwicklungen dargestellt, insbesondere der Wandel von traditioneller Beratung hin zu KI-gestützter Reiseplanung und Buchung. Danach analysiert die Autorin den Einsatz von KI entlang der gesamten Customer Journey und beschreibt, wie KI im Kundenkontakt erfolgreich eingesetzt werden kann. Strategische Implikationen für verschiedene touristische Stakeholder werden beleuchtet und durch Best-Practice-Beispiele veranschaulicht. Abschließend werden zukünftige Trends sowie Empfehlungen für die Praxis aufgezeigt.
