Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Zufriedenheit der Gäste ist entscheidend für die Gästebindung und erfordert eine hohe Dienstleistungs- und Servicequalität, insbesondere in familiengeführten Hotels. Diese Betriebe profitieren von individueller Gästebetreuung und einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre, die zur Wahrnehmung von Qualität beiträgt und die Gäste begeistert. Dieser Buchbeitrag untersucht die Wahrnehmung der Dienstleistungsqualität sowohl aus Sicht der Gäste als auch der Unternehmer, wobei qualitative Interviews als Methodik eingesetzt werden. Die empirische Untersuchung bestätigt die enge Verbindung zwischen traditionellen Werten und Innovationen, wobei die Dienstleistungsqualität stark durch persönliche Interaktionen und den authentischen Einsatz des Personals geprägt wird. Der Beitrag liefert Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität in familiengeführten Hotels und hebt die Bedeutung der unterschiedlichen Perspektiven verschiedener Generationen für zukünftige Modelle zur Zufriedenheitswahrnehmung hervor.
