Abstract

Zusammenfassung Produktmanagementteams stehen vor der Herausforderung, Innovationen zu schaffen, die den Kundennutzen steigern, ohne die Wartungskosten zu erhöhen. A/B-Tests haben sich dabei als zentrale Methode etabliert, um Entscheidungen auf Basis realer Nutzerdaten zu treffen. Künstliche Intelligenz bietet großes Potenzial, den gesamten Experimentationsprozess effizienter und skalierbarer zu gestalten – von der Ideenfindung über die Hypothesenbildung bis hin zur Analyse und Umsetzung der Ergebnisse. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie KI in allen Phasen des Product Experimentation Lifecycle integriert werden kann und gibt einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Entwicklungen.
