Abstract

ZusammenfassungIn der heutigen B2B-Landschaft ist die enge, langersehnte silofreie Zusammenarbeit zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb der Schlüssel zum nachhaltigen Erfolg. Viel zu lange wurde darüber viel philosophiert, aber wenig umgesetzt. Mit dem heutigen Status der Digitalisierung wird dies endlich möglich, und zwar anfangs mit überschaubaren Kosten. Ein modernes Ökosystem zur Leadgenerierung und -gewinnung ist dabei von zentraler Bedeutung. Der Erfolg dieses Ökosystems hängt von einem übergreifenden Team ab, das aus Vertriebsmitarbeitenden, Business Developern und Marketiers besteht, die teilweise ganz neue Rollen übernehmen. Diese Personen arbeiten nicht isoliert, sondern verfolgen gemeinsame Ziele, welche durch klare KPIs definiert sind. Ergänzt wird dieses Zusammenspiel durch ein Corporate-Influencer-Team, welches aus Expertinnen und Experten verschiedener Fachbereiche besteht. Diese stärken die Markenwahrnehmung, teilen ihr Wissen und bauen Vertrauen auf, wodurch die Qualität der Leads verbessert wird. Dieses integrierte SILO-Modell maximiert nicht nur die Effizienz, sondern fördert auch langfristiges Wachstum. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil besteht darin, dass das Unternehmen ohne zusätzliche Investitionen die passenden Talente viel leichter anzieht. Durch die kund:innenzentrierte Architektur der B2B Customer Journey wird somit nicht nur die Leadgewinnung optimiert, sondern auch die gesamte Unternehmensperformance gesteigert.
