ZusammenfassungIn diesem Beitrag wird untersucht, wie Unternehmen durch gezielte M&A-Transaktionen, Corporate Venture Capital, Joint Ventures und Spin-offs nicht nur ihre Marktstellung erweitern, sondern auch die Potenziale ihres Vertriebs nachhaltig stärken können. Diese externen Strategien sind nicht isolierte Maßnahmen, sondern integraler Bestandteil einer ganzheitlichen Unternehmensstrategie, die den Vertrieb als Schlüsselkomponente in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Der Beitrag bietet eine fundierte Analyse, wie externe Strategien den Vertrieb in einer dynamischen Unternehmensentwicklung stärken können.
