Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 7 beleuchtet die zentralen Risiken, die mit der Nutzung von Social-Commerce-Plattformen verbunden sind, und gliedert diese systematisch in drei Perspektiven: erstens aus Sicht der Konsumenten, zweitens im Hinblick auf strategische und operative Herausforderungen für Unternehmen sowie drittens im Kontext regulatorischer und marktstruktureller Entwicklungen. Dabei wird insbesondere aufgezeigt, welche Faktoren das Vertrauen in Plattformen von Facebook, Instagram und TikTok beeinflussen und wie Unternehmen auf unterschiedliche Risikodimensionen angemessen reagieren können. Ergänzend werden regulatorische Herausforderungen beleuchtet und deren Bewältigung durch Ex-ante-Instrumente wie den Digital Markets Act diskutiert.
