Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet die strukturellen Grundlagen des Social Commerce vor dem Hintergrund der Plattformökonomie und skizziert seine konzeptionelle Entwicklung. Es zeigt auf, wie sich soziale Interaktion, digitale Technologie und ökonomische Wertschöpfung zu einem dynamischen Handelsmodell verbinden, und führt systematisch in die theoretischen, technischen und praktischen Rahmenbedingungen ein, die für ein vertieftes Verständnis des Social Commerce unverzichtbar sind.
