Abstract

Zusammenfassung Hyperpersonalisierung durch KI revolutioniert das Up- und Cross-Selling im digitalen Marketing und Vertrieb und löst damit regelbasierte Vertriebstaktiken ab. Der Beitrag vermittelt theoretische Grundlagen zur Personalisierung, Künstlichen Intelligenz, Kundendaten und Customer Intelligence und analysiert moderne Methoden wie u. a. kollaboratives Filtern, Deep Learning und Reinforcement Learning. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen aus Telekommunikation, Banken, E-Commerce und Versicherungen wird das Potenzial KI-gestützter Systeme zur Umsatzsteigerung, Kundenbindung und Effizienzoptimierung aufgezeigt. Abschließend werden zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren, Herausforderungen und Zukunftstrends diskutiert.
