Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dynamische Problemlösungskompetenz (DPLK) ist eine frische Zutat aus den Regalen der Arbeitspsychologie. Sie bewertet die Fähigkeiten von Personen, erstens für eine komplexe Situation eine effiziente Verständnisstrategie auszuwählen, zweitens diese Strategie anzuwenden, um die Zusammenhänge der Situation zu verstehen, und schließlich drittens, dieses Verständnis zu nutzen, um die Zusammenhänge zielsicher bedienen zu können.
