Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zahlreiche Situationen im Mathematikunterricht verlangen diagnostische Tätigkeiten von Lehrpersonen. Die Bedeutung der dafür erforderlichen Fähigkeiten wird für den Unterrichtserfolg als hoch eingeschätzt, allerdings wird Lehrpersonen eine unzureichende Ausbildung diagnostischer Kompetenzen bescheinigt. Um der damit verbundenen Forderung der Förderung dieser Kompetenzen nachzukommen, ist es zunächst wichtig, „diagnostische Kompetenz“ bezogen auf den Mathematikunterricht zu beleuchten. Der Beitrag soll einen Einblick in die Breite unterschiedlicher Konzeptualisierungen diagnostischer Kompetenz aus fachdidaktischer Perspektive ermöglichen.
