Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die zentrale Tätigkeit des mathematischen Argumentierens im Unterricht der Grundschule zu fördern, ist es notwendig, Unterrichtsformate zu finden, die allen Kindern einer Lerngruppe erste Argumentationsprozesse ermöglichen. Unser Beitrag soll der Fragestellung nachgehen, inwieweit mathematisch begabte Lernende Verantwortung für ihre Mitschülerinnen und Mitschüler übernehmen können, indem sie nach einer intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit einem mathematischen Themengebiet lehrend und unterstützend tätig werden. Exemplarische Analysen der Unterrichtssituation zeigen, dass die Verantwortungsübernahme für den Lernprozess von Mitschülerinnen und Mitschülern das mathematische Argumentationsvermögen von mathematisch begabten Lernenden fördert.
