Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele Qualifizierungen für fortbildende Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren sind fokussiert auf Fortbildungsmethodik (Moderieren, Beraten, Coachen, Begleiten), während gegenstandsbezogene fortbildungsdidaktische Aspekte oft noch unterbelichtet sind, auch in den zugrundeliegenden Konzeptionen: Was müssen Fortbildende darüber wissen, wie ein bestimmter Fortbildungsgegenstand gelehrt und gelernt werden kann? Der Beitrag diskutiert, welche fortbildungsdidaktische Kompetenz die unterrichtsbezogene fachinhaltliche und fachdidaktische Kompetenz ergänzen muss, um die Prinzipien der Kompetenzorientierung, Reflektionsanregung, Lehr-Lern-Vielfalt und Teilnehmendenorientierung fallbezogen und treffsicher umsetzen zu können. Als exemplarischer Fortbildungsgegenstand wird der Umgang mit Darstellungen zum Aufbau von Prozentverständnis bei mathematisch schwachen Lernenden herangezogen. Durch Einblicke in ein Fortbildungs-Forschungsprojekt und ein synthetisiertes Fallbeispiel einer Fortbildnerin wird verdeutlicht, welche Kompetenzen Fortbildende im Umgang mit solchen Fortbildungsgegenständen brauchen, die über unterrichtsbezogene plus fortbildungsmethodische Kompetenz hinausgehen.
