Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Artikel wird ein Überblick über vier mathematikdidaktische Projekte an der Universität Duisburg-Essen gegeben, die sich mit Fortbildungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung beschäftigen. Dabei werden zunächst zwei Projekte vorgestellt, welche die konkrete Gestaltung und Beforschung von Lehrerfortbildungen in den Blick nehmen. Hier wird einerseits die Wirkung einer Fortbildungsreihe zum digitalen Werkzeugeinsatz betrachtet, andererseits wird der Mehrwert der Digitalisierung in Aus- und Fortbildung von Lehrpersonen am Beispiel des videofallbasierten Lernens aufgezeigt. Anschließend werden zwei Projekte vorgestellt, welche sich auf Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren als Anbieter und Gestalter von Fortbildungen beziehen. Im Fokus steht hier die Entwicklung von Instrumenten zur Erfassung der Kompetenzen von Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren.
